Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

“ASK ME”
If you are new to Cache High School, a freshman, or just unsure about where to go or who to have lunch with on the first day or even the first few weeks of school, we have a program called “ASK ME.” There will be over 40 Cache High students on campus wearing these badges. They will help you find your classes, point you in the right direction, and give you a friend to sit with at lunch. Don’t forget to “ASK ME.”
School starts Thursday, August 20th @8:15 a.m. Breakfast starts @7:50 a.m. Schedules will be available for pickup outside the front of the high school beginning @8 a.m. Don't forget your mask:)
